The Schwarzbier Ale is now on tap. Its been awhile since I've made this one. It's traditionally brewed as a lager but since I can't tie up one of my fermenters for that amount of time I do an ale version. It's a dark malty ale that has a character that is lighter in body than you would expect from a dark beer. Stop by and try it!!

I created this special beer by aging the Centennial Stout in Whiskey barrels for one week.  There is a limited supply of this beer, so please come in and try it soon.

To celebrate my 100th brew here at Cool Springs Brewery I have brewed a Centennial Stout.  The Centennial Stout is a big, robust and roasty-chocolatey dark ale with a full body and complex finish. I hope you are able to come in and celebrate this occasion with us.
