[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his ale is the first beer to be commercially produced in Williamson County. Brewed in the style of a German Kolsch, this beer is light, crisp, and refreshing. Two row pale malt, Munich malt, and wheat malt are used in the mash and German hops are used in the brew kettle for this historic beer.

[dropcap color=orange cap=T]he style of this beer is in the tradition of a German Altbier. Brewed with pale malt, munich malt and caramel malt, the flavor is rich and smooth. A pure German ale yeast is used to give this beer its authentic flavor. [/dropcap][/important]
[important color=orange title=Available on Tap]
[dropcap color=orange cap=B]rewed in the style of an India Pale Ale, a “dry hopping” technique is used where generous amounts of hops are added to the beer during its maturation stage which gives the beer an unmistakable floral and citrusy aroma. This beer is also known for its firm hop bitterness which is balanced nicely by the sweetness of the crystal malts used in this recipe.[/dropcap][/important]

[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his beer is a traditional German style unfiltered wheat beer which contributes to its cloudy appearance. The flavor and aroma of this beer can be described as clove-like with vanilla and banana overtones. Lightly hopped and very refreshing!

[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his strong Scottish ale is brewed with malt imported from England. English pale malt, munich malt, caramel malt and roasted barley give this beer its deep amber color. Traditional English hops are also used in the recipe. The beer is full bodied and rich with a hint of smokiness, sure to warm you up on a cold winters evening.

[dropcap color=orange cap=L]oosely based in the German Maibock beer style but is an ale instead of a lager, this ale is deep golden in color with a clean and malty flavor, balanced by medium hop bitterness with a pleasant floral/citrus finish.[/dropcap][/important]
[important color=grey title=Unavailable at this time...]
[dropcap color=orange cap=O]ur Porter is an Americanized version of this classic English beer style. Black malt and chocolate malt are used to give this beer its dark color and roasty character. Three different hop varieties give this beer added complexity.

[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his robust ale is brewed with two row pale malt, munich malt, unmalted roasted barley and two kinds of crystal malt. Northern Brewer hops are used for bittering and Amarillo hops for finishing.

[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his very special beer was created by aging our Centennial Stout in Whiskey barrels for one week. The chocolate-like character of the Stout combines beautifully with the vanilla and oak flavors the barrels impart.[/dropcap][/important]

[dropcap color=orange cap=I]inspired by the original Pecker Wrecker recipe, this beer is brewed in the style of an India Pale Ale, a “dry hopping” technique is used where generous amounts of hops are added to the beer during its maturation stage which gives the beer an unmistakable floral and citrusy aroma. This beer is also known for its firm hop bitterness which is balanced nicely by the sweetness of the crystal malts used in this recipe.[/dropcap][/important]
[important color=grey title=Unavailable at this time...]
[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his American Pale Ale has a light copper color and is brewed with Two Row Malt, Crystal malt and Wheat Malt. Centennial hops are used in the brew kettle and Mount Hood hops are used to dry hop during the conditioning phase. [/dropcap][/important]
[important color=grey title=Unavailable at this time...]
[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his American style wheat beer is unfiltered and is brewed with pale malt, wheat malt and Mount Hood hops. The flavor is light, crisp, clean and refreshing, with a slightly floral finish. [/dropcap][/important]
[important color=grey title=Unavailable at this time...]
[dropcap color=orange cap=T]his beer gets its dark color from the use of roasted barley, black malt, and chocolate malt used in the mash. Oatmeal is also used in this recipe which produces a beer with an exceptionally smooth and silky texture. The flavor is dominated by a dry roasted malt character with just enough hop bitterness to round out the flavor.
[/dropcap][/important]
[important color=grey title=Unavailable at this time...]
[dropcap color=orange cap=B]rewed in the style of an American Amber ale, this beer is smooth and complex with a distinctive hop aroma and flavor. Its reddish hue is a result of our brewmaster’s unique combination of crystal malts and chocolate malt used during the mashing process.[/dropcap][/important]
