Dear all

I was extremely pleased to come on board and develop a new menu for Cool Springs Brewery.  I am excited about the new menu and hope that you enjoy the new food on offer as well as the old favorites.  I always welcome feedback and the opportunity to meet with diners, so feel free to ask to speak to me when you come in and I hope your experience here is a good one.
