James Boggs

James has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, having first taken an interest in cooking when he was a young teenager. With experience and expertise from fast food to fine dining, James has a proven history in designing and running efficient kitchens which enable him to provide diners with good service and an excellent menu choice.

James worked as the Kitchen and Restaurant Manager in an established 'fine dining' restaurant for 7 years where he catered for many celebrities, including Faith Hill and Sharon Stone, and even royalty, serving Prince William.

With many awards under his belt and a track record for making great restaurants even more successful, James invites you to come dine at Cool Springs Brewery to enjoy great food in a welcoming home-from-home environment!
