
Mike Kraft
With nine years experience brewing beer on a professional level, Mike received formal beer training from the Siebel Institute in Chicago and was initially hired to be head brewer at a startup brewery in Dallas Texas. Mike eventually worked his way up to the position of corporate brewmaster, overseeing operations of six breweries located in Texas and Oklahoma.

James Boggs
James has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, having first taken an interest in cooking when he was a young teenager. With experience and expertise from fast food to fine dining, James has a proven history in designing and running efficient kitchens which enable him to provide diners with good service and an excellent menu choice.
