Mike Kraft

With nine years experience brewing beer on a professional level, Mike received formal beer training from the Siebel Institute in Chicago and was initially hired to be head brewer at a startup brewery in Dallas Texas.  Mike eventually worked his way up to the position of corporate brewmaster, overseeing operations of six breweries located in Texas and Oklahoma.

James Boggs

James has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, having first taken an interest in cooking when he was a young teenager. With experience and expertise from fast food to fine dining, James has a proven history in designing and running efficient kitchens which enable him to provide diners with good service and an excellent menu choice.

Rebeccah Human

Rebeccah is the latest addition to the team and we are pleased to welcome her to Coo lSprings Brewery. Now, if we can just get her to stand still long enough to snap her photo.!!

The restaurant has been established as a traditional place for pizza since 1991, opening first in the Vanderbilt area under the name of Guido’s and quickly became renowned for its homemade dough, sauces and fresh ingredients.

Cool Springs Brewery Gift Cards make great gifts and are available now in values of $25

Loyalty Cards

Sign up for our Loyalty Card which gives $5 reward in every $100 spent.  Our Loyalty Scheme has a dual purpose, every time we swipe your card it gives points for pints.  One point per pint ordered of Cool Springs Brewery craft beer and four points for a growler (64oz).  We run a report every 3 months to see who our Top 25 beer drinkers are and those 'loyal to the cause' join our Top 25 Beer Club and are immediately upgraded to a 22oz pint for their buck for the duration of their stay in The Club.

45 points are rewarded for a half barrel
25 points are rewarded for a quarter barrel

You will notice if you register as a member on our websites that the registration form requires you to give us contact information (such as name, address, and e-mail address). This information will never be sold to or offered to any other outside source. This contact information is only used by our company in order to contact the website member if necessary or to provide requested materials, such as information, products, and services. If you order products through our websites, you will also be requested to provide your credit card information. Your credit card billing information is used exclusively by the Cool Springs Brewery only to bill you for the products and services that you have ordered. All of your personal information will always be treated with highest confidentiality.

Reservations accepted for our Private Room and Mezzanine dining areas.

Private Room

Our private room, with it's own television, seats up to fourteen and is ideal for business meetings, showers, rehursals and parties. Reservations taken Monday through Sunday for the Private Room for 6 diners minimum.

Mezzanine Level

Our balcony mezzanine level holds up to 48 guests and offers a beautiful view of the restaurant. This venue is ideal for larger events and parties. Reservations, for larger parties, can be made for our Mezzanine level Sunday through Thursday. 

For the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests, the mezzanine level is an adult only seating area.

Reservation Policy

There is no hire charge for either setting, providing all guests will be dining.  No charge will be made for any cancelled reservations provided these are made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation being made with less than 24 hours notice, a charge of $25 and $50 will be charged for a Private Room and Balcony reservation respectively.

We ask our guests to confirm numbers at least 24 hours in advance.

Gratuity

An 18% gratuity may be added to parties of 8 or more.[/dropcap]
