Chris and Jane relocated from the UK to the United States at the end of 2008 with their two young children. Up until this point, Chris had been employed as an Infantry soldier in the British Army.  The couple decided to relocate to Franklin, Tennessee having purchased a great restaurant called Guido's New York Pizzas, famous for its New York style Pizzas.  To compliment the existing restaurant, the new owners have sucessfully established Williamson County's first Microbrewery offering the best craft brew in town.
With the transformation now complete, Chris and Jane would like to welcome you to Cool Springs Brewery, offering a full variety of craft beers in addition to a full bar and bar menu.  In addition, the restaurant still offers delicious New York style Pizzas together with mouth watering appetizers, pastas, desserts and much more!
The restaurant strives to create a home-from-home dining experience for all, ensuring that every visit to Cool Springs Brewery is pleasurable one.




Mitchell Crain

Mitch has had a passion for brewing for many years, starting as a home brewer before turning his love of brewing beer into his profession. Mitch has been brewing in Tennessee for many years prior to taking up the position of Brewmaster here and is continually developing new recipes whilst keeping all the old favorites going too.

Harold had worked as our Assistant Kitchen Manager for many years prior to accepting the job as Kitchen Manager.  Probably one of the calmest Kitchen Managers in the business, Harold brings creativity along with a wealth of experience in the business.
